AAAM’s 66th Annual Scientific Conference
Tuesday, October 11 – Friday, October 14, 2022
The goal of AAAM’s Annual Conference is to bring together multidisciplinary road safety professionals for an inspiring, educational, and social event unlike any other. Your health and safety have been – and remain – our top priority, which is why we will require attendees to adhere to the following health and safety measures.
Attendees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or present a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to the start of the conference. Attendees must:
- Comply with any hotel, state, or local mask mandates in place for indoor events.
- Not attend if they are currently experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19, have been diagnosed with, or had exposure to COVID-19 within 10 days prior to the conference.
- Remove themselves from the event and public space if they feel unwell or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms at any time.
- Notify the meeting planner at firstname.lastname@example.org if they test positive for COVID-19 after returning home up to the advised time from the CDC.
Thank you for your help in ensuring a successful, valuable, and safe conference for everyone.
