The Welcome Reception will be held at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee on Sunday, October 7th at 6:30 p.m.
On Monday evening, October 8th at 7:00 p.m., AAAM’s Student Program will host a Student Social. All are welcome for a fun evening of Go-Kart racing and mini-golf. Additional registration fee required.
On Tuesday evening, October 9th at 6:30 p.m., AAAM will host its annual recognition dinner and awards ceremony at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dress for the conference is business casual, with the exception of the Recognition Dinner where business attire is appropriate.
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to September 1, 2018 to receive a refund less $100 processing fee. No refunds after September 2, 2018.
Event Registration Information Sharing
The names of participants registered for AAAM events may be shared among fellow attendees and AAAM members including participant contact information. By registering for the event, participants agree to share your name and contact information with fellow event attendees such as exhibitors and AAAM members in order to facilitate networking among parties. Additionally, by registering participants give permission to use photographs and video of you for marketing purposes including social media marketing. The program is intended for emergency physicians and nurses, orthopedic surgeons, trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, radiologists, physiatrist, urologists, emergency medical personnel, biomechanics and vehicle design engineers, automotive engineers, crash investigators, health policy specialists, internists, psychologists, epidemiologists, other human factor specialists, accident reconstructionists and road safety experts as well as other clinicians and allied health professionals, representatives from the insurance industry and automotive engineering professionals.
