AAAM’s 68th Annual Scientific Conference will take place November 11-14, 2024, at The COEX Center, in South Korea.

Join us in Seoul, South Korea, as we gather the global automotive safety community of researchers, engineers, doctors, nurses, educators, scientists, and more.

This year, AAAM is partnering with the Korean Auto-Vehicle Safety Association (KASA) and the Korean Society of Traumatology (KST) to hold this joint conference and promote groundbreaking automotive safety and trauma research globally.

All registrations include access to the Student Symposium, Welcome Reception, and AAAM Awards Gala and Dinner. (Guest tickets can be purchased for an additional fee).

Online registration closes on October 31, 2024. To secure your registration, please register before the online registration deadline.

Registration for this year’s conference is being organized and managed by our Korean partners and must be completed on their website by clicking the button below.

Membership & Renewal

Due to the external management of conference registration, AAAM will be unable to offer 2024 membership renewals in conjunction with conference registration as we have in the past.

You will be required to provide your membership number to receive the discounted registration pricing. AAAM members and lapsed members are encouraged to log in to their accounts HERE and renew their membership before registering for the conference.

New Member Applicants**: In lieu of offering a special new member registration rate, AAAM is offering you a one-time 50% discount on your membership fees when you apply today. This applies only to those applying for Full or Associate membership ($260/year) with interest to register for the conference. JOIN HERE!
*This promotion is NOT valid for renewing members or lapsed members. **New applicants must mention application is in conjunction with conference registration. If conference registration is not purchased afterwards, new applicant will be invoiced for the remaining membership balance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received via email to aaam2024@planbear.co.kr by or before September 30, 2024, to receive a refund, less any processing fees specified on the Korean registration website. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after September 30, 2024.

Event Registration Information Sharing

The names of participants registered for AAAM events may be shared among fellow attendees and AAAM members, as well as participant contact information. By registering for the event, participants agree to share their names and contact information with fellow event attendees, such as sponsors and AAAM members, in order to facilitate networking among parties. Additionally, by registering, participants give permission to use photographs and videos of you for marketing purposes, including social media marketing. If you do not wish to have your information included on this roster of attendees or your image or voice used in marketing or other materials created at the event, please get in touch with us at info@aaam.org.

AAAM is committed to assisting attendees with disabilities and/or special needs. Every effort will be made to accommodate special needs. Advance notice of needs must be provided to allow time to explore services. At the time of registration, please indicate your needs in the accessibility requirements section.
