All registrations include access to the Student Symposium, Welcome Reception (space limited), AIS Workshop (registration required), and AAAM Awards Gala and Dinner. (Guest tickets can be purchased for an additional fee).

The non-join rate is available for individuals who are new to AAAM membership and would like to join while taking advantage of a discounted conference registration.

If you are a returning member with an expired membership, we encourage you to renew your membership to access member pricing and benefits.

If an incorrect rate is selected during registration, a member of the AAAM team will reach out to assist with updating your registration accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received via email to info@aaam.org prior to September 18, 2026 to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after September 18, 2026.
