AAAM’s 69th Annual Scientific Conference will take place October 7-10, 2025, at The Conrad in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

All registrations include access to the Student Symposium, Welcome Reception (space limited), AIS Workshop (registration required), and AAAM Awards Gala and Dinner. (Guest tickets can be purchased for an additional fee).

Membership & Renewal
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@aaam.org by September 14, 2025, to receive a refund, less $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after September 14, 2025.
Event Registration Information Sharing
The names of participants registered for AAAM events may be shared among fellow attendees and AAAM members, as well as participant contact information. By registering for the event, participants agree to share their names and contact information with fellow event attendees, such as sponsors and AAAM members, in order to facilitate networking among parties. Additionally, by registering, participants give permission to use photographs and videos of you for marketing purposes, including social media marketing. If you do not wish to have your information included on this roster of attendees or your image or voice used in marketing or other materials created at the event, please get in touch with us at info@aaam.org.
Accessibility
AAAM is committed to assisting attendees with disabilities and/or special needs. Every effort will be made to accommodate special needs. Advance notice of needs must be provided to allow time to explore services. At the time of registration, please indicate your needs in the accessibility requirements section. Once your registration is complete, a AAAM staff member will contact you to obtain additional information.
