Scientific research is integral to AAAM’s mission of eliminating road traffic injuries worldwide, and a major part of AAAM’s success is that its membership is comprised of researchers and advocates from across a multitude of academic disciplines. While the annual conferences allow AAAM members to provide a spotlight on their research efforts, AAAM also has opportunities throughout the year for members to highlight their research to the AAAM membership and beyond.

The Education Program Subcommittee of the Scientific Program Committee invites all AAAM members to submit a proposal for our quarterly webinars. These webinars are intended to provide the membership with insights into currently ongoing or recently completed research in the area of traffic safety and injury prevention. These copies could include, but are not limited to, motor vehicle safety standards, vehicle safety technologies, or automotive engineering as well as topics covering non-motor vehicle-related areas such as pedestrian or cyclist injuries or safety initiatives to promote safe driving behaviors. The webinars consist of a 35-45 minute presentation followed by 15 minutes available for questions to be asked by the audience.
If you are interested in presenting a webinar, we provide two options:

1) You may contact Russell Griffin, Phd., the Education Program Subcommittee chair, directly at russellg@uab.edu or contact the AAAM staff at info@aaam.org
2) By filling out the form below

After submission of the form, you will be contacted by AAAM about potential dates and topics. We look forward to hearing from you!
